Pros
Excellent working vision, really collaborative and there was a real drive to work as a collective. The company were always hugely transparent on the goals and the big picture and worked hard to bring the team into decision making as much as possible.
Cons
Sometimes there was a tendency to "have a meeting" however by the time I was leaving there had been a lot of steps already being put into motion to increase employee experience and effective working. Also ,as the team was so geographically apart , it helped to pull all together.

Flexible working, supportive team, great leadership, amazing proposition.
Cons
Nothing in particular. Every start-up/scale-up has things to learn from as it grows and matures.
