      great people, content and new ideas and projects

      Cons

      very hierarchical, lack of communication from management. General daily chaos due to lack of boundaries with business requirements. Unstable software platforms create fires which constantly have to be put out.

      Great time off, including wellness days, personal and volunteer time. Employee Resource Groups, development training programs. Good people.

      A lower salary than others in the industry.

      A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

      Cons

      Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
