Pros
1. Wide range tasks- so much to learn! all round HR, office administrators, IT, finance, company event etc. 2. Independent work -free to schedule your work 3. Competitive AL 4. Education subsidy – can apply with approval from c-suite level 5. Double pay – not guaranteed 6. Monthly team integration/building - some event required compulsory attendance
Cons
1. Long notice period- 1.5-month notice period , you can only get this important information when you sign your contract 2. Reserved part of my salary for office expenditures - no company business card/petty cash provided, have to pay first then reimburse. Sometimes HR/finance forgot to include those payment in your payout, suggested to check payslip every time 3. Unfair/unclear policy - WFH policy not aligned among teams/country, most HK team were downgraded to cheap medical insurance last year without immediately notice 4. Some colleagues are super nice, but some colleagues can be extremely demanding and rude
