Magna Imperio Systems Response
4yDear Former Employee,
As the Human Resources Director I encourage all employees separating from the company to participate in a formal exit interview. During the exit interview employees are afforded the opportunity to voice his or her grievances and or feedback. I recently conducted several exit interviews and received valuable feedback in which I used to design a clear path of CHANGE within our organization. It's expected that once the employee provides feedback that the company would have an opportunity to investigate any issues raised, and if found valid allowed the time to resolve internally. In the last 30 days the company has made significant changes to its policies, invested in new technology, implemented procedures to include performance review process, disclosed salary bands as they align to current positions within our organizations- placing emphasis on compensation, HR auditing all employees current titles and salaries just to name a few initiatives. HR is working with front line managers, department heads, and executive leadership team on management training and development skills. The voice of the employees is being heard and verifiable action has been taken to critical items. Lastly, if you participated in an exit interview thank you for your feedback the issue's you raised left a huge impact which has assisted our company with many key aspects that make a company great and CHANGE is on the way for our entire organization - on behalf of the entire leadership team thank you for being apart of our organization, and we sincerely wish you good luck in your future endeavors.
