This firm has provided me with an excellent coach in their mentorship program, an incredible work-life balance, and a great team of people to work with that provides a great company culture.

The salary isn't as competitive as other public accounting firms, however, it is doable to work your way up in this company to a higher salary.

I had a great experience interning at Maher Duessel. The employees are all very kind, and everyone wants to help you learn and succeed. Prior to the internship, I had no audit experience, and I left the summer feeling prepared for classes in auditing and a future career in the field. I was never afraid to ask questions. The company has a great work culture, and conversation is always flowing through the various levels in the company. The firm does a great job integrating their summer interns with the current staff, and they have various events over the summer the interns are welcome at. Maher Duessel wants their interns to succeed, and that was apparent to me over the summer experience.
