      Pros

      Maher Duessel is a great place to work. They offer competitive salaries, great benefits, work from home options, and the employees are all so friendly and helpful from the staff to the partners.

      Cons

      Although public accounting can be stressful and busy, the firm does a great job at trying to help everyone attain a good work life balance and spreading the work across all employees.

      Great Start to My Career in Auditing

      This firm has provided me with an excellent coach in their mentorship program, an incredible work-life balance, and a great team of people to work with that provides a great company culture.

      Cons

      The salary isn't as competitive as other public accounting firms, however, it is doable to work your way up in this company to a higher salary.
