Talented and hardworking production team below the management level. Great graphics and research departments

Management change at the top of the production department has been a disaster. Terrible communication, organization and decision making. Lack of production experience shows. Content is nowhere where it used to be and management is more concerned with surviving and not making the content great. Small group of people trusted with responsibility.
