$2,000 draw every month which turns out to be $1,600 every 1st and 15th. They tell you that you will make so much money and the job is relatively easy but none of that is true. Some employees have been there for a year and only made 36k when they tell people who interview they can make 100k in their first year. Also you have to pay the draw back, so if you are negative -$12,000 in the draw you have to pay that back before you see any money. The only employees making any real money are the ones that have been there for 12+ years so don't believe the hype. The Market is changing and candidates have the upper have and they know it. If the managers don't like you they will talk about you behind your back. Which isn't suppose to happen because they have a " Play nice in the sandbox culture" If you really want to be a recruiter go find a company that offers you a base pay+ commission. Unless you can afford to work 40+ hours a week making $10/ hour. You wont see " money" until 4-6 months but that's a big MAYBE..
