      Pros

      Flexible work schedule Great co workers Work is challenging and keeps us busy Management is supportive of staff's needs. No micro management. Allowed to express your ideas and creativity.

      Cons

      Do not allow remote work a.k.a Work from home some other depts like Infrastructure ( IT) could get on board and update outdated tools like Lotus Notes & DB AS400 systems.

      Pros

      The pace is very fast. It was similiar to what I had done at previous jobs.

      Cons

      Manhattan Life did not give me enough accrued time off to go to all of my doctor appointments. I had cancer and they would not make an exception because I had been employed there less than 1 year.

      Longer holidays, perks like ice cream socials, hybrid work, etc

      Cons

      Bullying seems to be a regular thing here. I saw a lot of people talk down on their employees and so forth and so on. Nepotism is the reason this place has the people it has.
