Pros

-flexible schedules depending on dept -health and dental insurance plans are at no charge for employee -casual Fridays & office closes early

Cons

-substantially lower than average pay -outdated systems and even getting certain computer systems that are needed to do your job is like pulling teeth -office location is not near many good places for lunch -certain executives believe they are the only ones who matter in the company -most of the people hired don't even end up doing what they are hired to do -sink or swim atmosphere -the operations dept is a huge catastrophe Most of the good reviews on here are written by executives who aren't concerned about whether or not employees are happy. As long as the work gets done, you're just a body to them. If you like low pay and no recognition or room to grow, this is the place for you. But do yourself a favor a seek employment elsewhere.

Thank you so much for giving us some feedback, and we are sorry that your experience hasn't been the best. Hopefully we can change that! The operations department might seem not organized since we are growing very fast. We've added a lot of new positions to the company, but growth is a good thing. This allows for motivated employees to grow with us. LOMA exams/courses are a great way to not feel that you're sinking in the company. Please let your manager know if you have an outdated version of any software so they may give you the current version. And there is a deli and several restaurants around the area. UberEats also serves our area if you don't like any of the places around here. Our company is an open door culture so you may talk to any manager or executive to help make work more enjoyable. Our company strives on people like you that want to keep making improvements.
