The operations department might seem not organized since we are growing very fast. We've added a lot of new positions to the company, but growth is a good thing. This allows for motivated employees to grow with us. LOMA exams/courses are a great way to not feel that you're sinking in the company. Please let your manager know if you have an outdated version of any software so they may give you the current version. And there is a deli and several restaurants around the area. UberEats also serves our area if you don't like any of the places around here. Our company is an open door culture so you may talk to any manager or executive to help make work more enjoyable.
