      Pros

      Worked with me seem to be genuinely interested in me as a person not just a product to sell. Took the time to find my strength and weakness. They always had time for me.

      Cons

      Not being able to have access when I had issuers on the Job. i.e. time off, sick days

      A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though

      Good communication with the recruiter. Smooth onboarding process. Fine for a short term position while looking for another job
