      Started off pretty good then took a drastic turn for the worse

      Cons

      Disconnected Management, 4 different managers in 7 months, unrealistic goals, put everyone on PIPs so they can avoid paying severance and fire you at any time without warning past the days listed on the sheet

      I like that the HR proactively provides us with raises without us having to ask

      A very large company, so communication is key. Not much cons though
