Pros
I have been here for a year, and I see myself staying for years to come. The company has great energy because of its people which motivates be to do a little better each day. The environment is fast paced and adaptation skills are key to success. I'm someone who likes to move quickly and adapt to change, so that works for me. I've never worked somewhere that support engineers make it to developer positions or Solution Architect roles, but that happens here. Not once or twice, but often enough that I feel I could move in any direction I want to. It's not a perfect place to be, but the company really puts in the effort to make the employee experience the best it can.
Cons
It's not the place for everybody. It's very fast paced and in general unorganized. Some people like this, some prefer more structure.
