Too much work and below market comp
Some legacy employees are past toxic and disgruntled but the company is so lean they’ll never get fired so it makes for terrible culture and environment
It’s odd to require in office hybrid for some people while other pre-Covid in office roles only show once a year. Management has their fully remote people show up when upper management is in town and that’s it.
