      Boss's lack of support delays resolution of critical issue.

      They offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      I was working on a critical issue that was impacting a large number of users. I had been working on the issue for several hours, but I was unable to resolve it. I reached out to my boss for help, but he was dismissive and told me to "figure it out myself." I continued working on the issue, but I was still unable to resolve it. I reached out to my boss again, and this time he became angry. He accused me of being incompetent and told me that I was "holding up the team." I was very frustrated and upset by my boss's behavior. I felt like I was being scapegoated for a problem that was not my fault. I eventually resolve the issue, but it took me much longer that it should have because of my boss's lack f support.

      Please avoid the worst-ever culture

      Pros

      The firm was growing. Other than that, I don't think I noticed any pros that can be highlighted b=in this section.

      Cons

      This firm has the worst work culture. People are mean, fake, and lie blatantly for their own good. They will bring you down if they think it will benefit them. Please beware and avoid it if you can. The mental pressure and constant stress are not worth it.

      Awful management, truly unlikeable people

      Starting pay was good, follow up pay rises were non existent.

      Cons

      Management is a truly depressing bunch. Never here a senior manager (apart from 1 in my time, who was a senior manager in finance/accounting policy or something) talk well about their kids, they all seem to want to escape into work and work drinks and golf trips and are not the type of people that are pleasant to be around. This to me is a clear translation in to how they are at work, a lot of senior people will hit on young women in the workplace, the culture is also very much who you know and a big **** measuring contest. Be prepared to have your best fake laugh at hand, you'll need it to suck up to the managers if you ever want a promotion.
