      Pros

      Paternity leave is generous. The recent changes in leadership have led to more efficient decision making and employees feeling like they have the agency and tools to succeed - keep it up.

      Cons

      -Low base pay relative to direct competitors -Recent executive orders by the President of the United States all but outlaw DEI practices in hiring decisions, etc. but answers to multiple employee inquiries during company wide meetings suggest the company may still be using DEI in its human resource practices.

      The people I work with are amazing and so glad to be on a team with them. Without sharing specifics, my daily job has some pretty awesome moments depending on what requests we get from UWs

      Incredibly metric/productivity driven. Weekly reports have often been late and inaccurate meaning it takes even longer to see if we even met the weekly requirements
