      - Fancy office (if you can bothered to travel in there). - Decent comp & bens.

      Cons

      -Toxic environment -My manager was a bully who shifted blame to junior team members to cover up their own lack of experience - Dull working environment and a huge lack of innovation - Feels like stepping back into the 90s - who wears ties and heels everyday anymore? - Run by men in suits who are hanging around to cash in their 18% contribution pension. Little diversity. - Saw some of the most talented (mostly female) members of the team leave during my time.

      Manager renewals expect you to work beyond your contracted hours regularly. Lots of favouritism, so unless you are in the clique, you are not going to enjoy working here No diversity
