This company works in the Public Media space and supports worth non-profits with "best practices" from commercial media sales. The intentions are pure.
Cons
While this a 20+ year old company, The CEO still runs it like its a much smaller company, maybe the size when he started it, so senior staff, RVP's, Market leaders are more babysitters to a Rev Management system and the CRM than empowered, creative, and people focused leaders. There seems to be a disrespect for the frontline sellers permeating several levels. Leadership also does not like conflict and does not welcome outside opinions for improving performance....stick to the plan, you'll be OK. You won't receive feedback on how you're doing. Sway outside that plan and they'll wait until you have a few bad months and then let you go for 'performance'. I invite the organization to explore the definition of Toxic Positivity and develop a Psychologically Safe organization.
