Pros
MTI provides an incredible support structure for their new hired sales reps. All the top performers were involved in training, getting on the phones and closing sales. The upper and middle management has a clear vision and direction for the company while keeping expectations realistic and pushing for creative solutions. A cool benefit of working at MTI is that you get 100% access to all their products for free including software and support! The biggest pro is the culture which is created by their core values. It isn't just a mission statement collecting dust on a wall but an actual reference point from which the company moves.
Cons
The pay and compensation could have been explained better during the interview process. Also I was not made aware the company was moving until I arrived for the interview. Either way I would have accepted the position
