Pros

- The VHI health insurance is the main benefit and one of the few advantages the company offers.

Cons

- Job Instability: When a program closes, there is little to no support for employees. There is no transition plan, internal candidates are not prioritised for reassignment, and staff are asked to use their annual leave during the consultation period to reduce costs. - Very Limited Career Growth: Advancement opportunities are scarce. Progression usually depends on rare openings in other programs for Lead or PM roles, and only when leadership prefers an internal hire. Even after 1–2 years as an SDR or BDR, senior positions are uncommon, and additional responsibilities are often assigned without any increase in base salary. - Low Base Salary: Compensation for SDR, BDR, and Inbound roles is noticeably lower than industry standards and does not align with Dublin’s cost of living. There is also no clear path for salary increases. - Frequent Layoffs: Programs can be cancelled or contracts ended even after positive client feedback. Reassignment opportunities are inconsistent, contributing to a constant sense of job insecurity. - Lack of Transparency & Abrupt Decisions: Communication from leadership is often limited, especially regarding layoffs or project shifts. During consultation processes, previously stated commitments (such as paying out annual leave) have been reversed, requiring employees instead to take leave to reduce company spending.
