      It has great benefits and the managers work around your schedule. I am looking for a company with growth though

      Great culture Lots of hotels to use your discount Lots of room for growth Free rooms for life with 25 years of service

      Cons

      Does not pay as well They require you to leave and come back to get a big pay bump but then you lose your years of service
