      Pros

      Always busy so a lot of opportunity to make good money. Great helpful staff that don't mind to help when it gets busy. Very friendly kitchen staff that will do their best to get your orders out asap.

      Cons

      Outside so its very hot. Also the pool area is very big so a lot of walking but other than that its all good.

      Pros

      Free meal, great management team that genuinely cares about the employes.

      Cons

      Employee parking is a daily struggle with no real solution in sight. Traffic in/off the island is just as bad. Co-workers are hit/miss. Some care and truly want to do their part, others just there for a temporary paycheck. A lot of turnover with new faces weekly.
