Pros

Easy to run operations day to day with good you can be proud of. Service expectation isn’t overly refined, but not overly friendly where you run into issues with extreme inexperience. Compeat is an easy enough inventory system to work with, and the weekly reporting is simple enough. Senior management is decent enough, though it is tedious to turn in reports nightly everyone has access too.

Cons

Overly involved owner who should let the senior management he’s hired do their job, instead of micro managing them. Hyper focused on labor which makes staffing specifically in the back of house a challenge. Very bare boned support center, who is typically under staffed and overwhelmed, making it hard to get numbers on time. You also get your final P&L 2 months late which makes planning for the average person more difficult than it should be. Marketing team introduces way too much way too fast instead of focusing on housing a stable brand it can build off of.

Pros

Fast career growth, will get you on a good spot quickly if you are on their good side and performing.

Cons

Given that they have high turnover you will likely be short staffed and training will be minimal. Decisions change often and communication within leadership is not clear and often delayed.
