Very bare boned support center, who is typically under staffed and overwhelmed, making it hard to get numbers on time. You also get your final P&L 2 months late which makes planning for the average person more difficult than it should be. Marketing team introduces way too much way too fast instead of focusing on housing a stable brand it can build off of.
