Pros
Competitive compensation and benefits, good people in general
Cons
Leadership is a disaster and they keep bringing in new people to the leadership team that don't seem to be addressing the issues (first it was the new CRO is going to fix everything, then the new CMO will fix everything, and now the new CFO will fix everything). The CEO Matthew comes across as this great guy who emphasizes the value of employees but doesn't seem experienced enough to lead a company this size. We just went though a big round of layoffs after going on a hiring spree (doesn't go well with the CEO's employee value message), and I'm not sure how anything is going to get better getting rid of sales but keeping marketing and other departments that don't contribute to revenue. It's also not a great look to buy a fancy, expensive new office in downtown denver that they're probably going to force people to go into (they won't give a solid answer on if they will) after firing so many people. Company desperately wants to be Snowflake but doesn't have the product market fit or leadership to get anywhere close.
