      If you love being in an unsupported environment and blamed for things, while living at work due to chronic understaffing, while this family run company exercises their flexible ethics that are saturated in drama and gossip...than by all means apply!

      The pay and benefits are okay

      Cons

      Hours worked, no compensation for having to be there over nights. Office personnel just doesn't care. They drink coffee and talk about everyone else instead of doing their jobs.
