If you love being in an unsupported environment and blamed for things, while living at work due to chronic understaffing, while this family run company exercises their flexible ethics that are saturated in drama and gossip...than by all means apply!

Excellent food and opportunity to learn lots about food.

I hear it's better now that TC is gone but was a very stressful and toxic work environment.
