Pros
As a tech company they offer some good benefits (dental insurance, private health insurance, fitness perk). The technology works well and is easy to handle.
Cons
I had to deal with a particularly bad manager, a narcissist of the highest order. The manager had and a total lack competence in all areas, from time management to just running a simple meeting, and his social skills were equally bad. I could go on lengths about that manager, but the problem is much deeper. It starts with the terrible recruitment process, basically there is none. They would higher any person that is claiming to be fit for the job and talks a good game. The management knew about the toxic manager, but protected him anyway. Do not expect to get any help from HR or the leadership, and if they sent any employee surveys you better give 5 stars or else you will be marked out. The claims of "making a dent in the universe" and an "AI powered digital twin" are empty, because the demand is simply not there. The company tries to succeed in Real Estate, Retail, Construction and Events, but the requirements in these industries are very different and it does not fit any use case. Real Estate would be obvious, but the company is cannibalising itself with hundreds of resellers and service providers. The whole company is stressed and overworked, being burned out is part of the DNA in this company. Managers will create plenty of busy work to look good, and reps are expected to play along.
