Decent infrastructure (IT, tools, resources), experienced employees. Great virtual employee development program (online courses and self-study).
Cons
Employees don't always get mentoring and support. People are promoted to management easy enough, but turnover at the middle management level is higher than other orgs. Frequent firings and demotions of managers.
