      Recognition platform. Some good colleagues.

      Cons

      Examples of poor leadership at all levels. Huge projects being worked on with very little thought put into them, causing chaos for everyone when ridiculous and easily foreseeable issues arise.

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
