HUGE disconnect between Upper management and the "regualr" people AWFUL Pay (bottom 10th percentile!!!). Not always because of contract reasons. People with LESS knowledge and LESS experience get jobs over people that deserve it. Very clique oriented. Your raise is basically determined on who you know. Managers that have NO CLUE what they are doing. Favoritism, Ridiculous office politics. Due to their poor planning, project TOOK AWAY BREAKS for over a month! "Call Center Sweatshop"
