      Pros

      Large mature company so onboarding and other processes are well defined.

      Cons

      Insurance is expensive. UTO so you don't know when taking vacation if it will effect your merit increase or employment status, also don't get vacation payout when you leave.

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
