Pros

It provides an opportunity to help people while learning a lot about the health insurance industry. Allows you to practice skills in problem solving, customer care and following up on projects from inception to completion.

Cons

Moving up in the company is made difficult because the parameters aren't clear. Many feel that seniority is not valued and a career path hadn't been set. The network for informing of coming changes is often subject to interpretation and the company doesn't have enough consistency.

Pros

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
