Pros
A lot of remote work options. Lots of diversity, at least within my department.
Cons
Innefective leadership. Very difficult to have your voice heard and make meanginful change. Ever since Maxomus took over VES there have been a lot of negative changes to when/how we receive our raises, the PTO policy, benefits package, and how we perform our day to day tasks.
