Good benefits but poor project management and career growth - UIUX Designer Maybank Employee Review

bad career growth, everyone is 5 years behind. bad project management - promote agile but practice waterfall. they require the high fi screens first then only do business requirements. timeline doesnt make sense and cannot meet the timeline anyway so they had to drag it. i dont even understand how the project can jalan like this? is there no one auditing the team? so bad. i came from startup so i feel like the project here doesnt make sense.
