Pros

The bold vision set by the private equity company & executed by the CEO and his "yes men" was fabulous. The brand Tommee Tippee also had great potential. There were many good people around but they were often too afraid to fully leverage their skills.

Cons

Shortsighted management team. Profit was the only objective. When warned about potential dangerous product flaws we were asked to continue the launch. People are overworked and scared to silence. Fresh blood joining and trying to drive positive changed are quickly exited.

Pros

Rapidly growing FMCG brand in an environment where employees are rewarded to be bold in their decision making. Strong senior leadership team that lives Mayborn's values in what they say and what they do. Flexible working arrangements and incredible work-life balance. Ability to adjust priorities when workload and timelines require.

Cons

Regional office roles require influence of global counterparts, this strength would be beneficial for newcomers.
