Pros

You will receive salary on time , but it is just enough for you to survive for a week.

Cons

After working here for years, I can still say this is the worst company I've been with. Here are some of my sentiments you would need to know before you sign here or recommend anyone to work here. 1. The working environment is not comfortable unless you are working from home. 10 days RTOs are like hell, literally, due to very hot environment. Airconditioning have schedules but it is not enough to cover the entire floor, with this everytime they will turn off one, the other side will have constant sweating which more often lead to headaches, and laptops are overheating resulting for a very laggish performance. This happens EVERYTIME we report to office. they know about this , we reported several times. They will only open both Aircon if there is a visitor from other office/country. If their equipments can't accommodate, then don't impose 10 days rto. Aside from that, chairs and cubicles are not enough for all. Specially when shifts collide with each other. They force you to report to work just to fit 8 employees in one table. So absurd. 2. The workload is too much. They just recently implemented restructuring of process, however it seems like their "study" didn't actually reflect the workload. Number of tickets being processed within the cut off and number of records need to be processed is too much for one shift to complete. Everyone in the team is rendering overtime almost everyday but given that ther is a 3 hour limit for overtime you still can't finish your tasks. Your systems are not responding fast enough, your laptop is very slow and you constantly wiping your sweat. It's frustrating, because no one in the team actually wants their tickets to pile up. 3. Some of the managers really don't know anything about the process. I get it, they don't do it everyday but a little background on why and how it is being performed might actually helped them in making decisions. They rarely asked actual processors, the one who is doing all the actual work, those that are completing the projects, those people that giving their time and passion to finish the task., they don't ask for their inputs. If you happen to ask the managers a question , the answers are very far and not related to what you wanted to know. they sometimes set up non sense meetings . Too much waste of time and non sense discussions .
