Good people, awful company - CTP McDermott Employee Review

Management often has no real experience or knowledge. I have no clue how these individuals were promoted Each team has different pros and cons, but corporate is consistently awful Corporate is completely disconnected from the employees doing the work The company is huge and lacks a coherent culture and motive Several layoffs occurred during my time with the company. The employees seemed to be chosen at random and were completely blindsided Employees are overworked and underappreciated CB&I has now merged with McDermott, but I would still not recommend.
