Great small CRO - Clinical Research Associate MedTrials Employee Review

The management is incredibly supportive and great to work for. Projects are interesting and always a balanced work load. Sometimes very busy but can also have significant slow periods. I have loved working at MedTrials

Bonus structure is difficult to attain for CRAs. Don't factor it into your salary when negotiating.

Added experience to my CV, learned I don't love very small boutique CROs.

Most of the management have been there a very long time, there is a cliquey feeling, they definitely micro manage, there is one person who reviews all expense reports who is very old and outdated, takes upwards of 5 rounds going back and forth to get EVERY expense report approved. It was the worst experience and took up all of my time.
