Pros

It's a paycheck. There are some very nice and amazing people.

Cons

-Poor technology: Poor IT support, extremely dated systems (some trip reports are still signed and send via mail, expense reports are done on a spreadsheet, follow up items aren't tracked in any system, deviations are not tracked in a system, a lot of copy and pasting is expected, reports are impossible to generate -Inexperienced project management: Certain PMs lack industry inexperience, are only concerned with themselves, have no insight into bettering themselves or others, make irrational travel demands (will commit you to trips without telling you or will look at your schedule and rearrange it for you based off their need) -Expensive benefit -Work life balance

Pros

Salaries are intentionally kept above market value (to attract new talent and retain current staff). Full time remote work.

Cons

Outdated technology and a very high turnover rate. Expensive high deductible medical benefit plans. Unreasonable expectations from executive management.
