4yWe are always saddened to learn an employee did not enjoy their time with us. We promote from within when possible; with sites across North America, advancement opportunities often include relocation, travel requirements, schedule changes or other criteria that are not a fit for every candidate. As with many organizations, we have seen a lot of turnover during the pandemic, which is frustrating for everyone involved. We did manage to stay open, find positions for our staff who worked for client sites that closed, and avoided all but a very few layoffs. We take your critique to heart and agree that listening and talking to employees about how they feel and are treated is key to being a better place to work.
