Immediate availability for prospecting job seekers. Free coffee for the workers. (There's not many advantages to work here, I just need to reach the 20 word minimum for salary.com and I can't think of anything else)
Cons
Rude, insulting, and condescending manger. -Micro manages on an insane scale. -Seems to not like workers fostering neighborly relationships with other co-workers- even to the point of implying that during first day. -Big warning sign when the trainer and manager don't even get along. Those are the only 2 you're in direct contact with all day. Decent trainer, in terms of training about handling phone calls. However, terrible training when it comes to the computer training. Does not know the computer or system. Atmosphere of the work environment is depressing. The job itself is bad itself. However, there's no talking amongst others. No laughing with others.
