Pros
Some of the workers are hard workers and wonderful caregivers. They dont seem to discriminate.
Cons
Scheduling is impossible. Half the time there is only 1 aid for the entire nursing home side, when legally you need two people to work with most of them. The boss is never ever at work and when she is she bring her 1 and 2 year old children to run around freely and unsupervised. But over all the amount of drama and conflict between every single employee is incomparable to any other nursing home I have worked in in 16 years. Oh and the massive roaches is the cherry on top, I have never seen such big roaches, or even seen so many in the same building overtime. ***No call light system*** so resident yell and scream for help.
