There’s some great caring staff.

Cons

Horrible pay, overworked, horrible administration, regional and corporate personnel. The administrator pushed his work off on everyone. He has no clue what goes on with the residents. He barely works a full week. Same with the DON. No training. Old outdated buildings and equipment.

As far as nursing goes there are no cons for me. CNAs deserve a higher wage and 12 hr shifts.
