Pros
Great experiences with software troubleshooting, was able to see the complete break down of software. I was able to work with SQL Database, front end application and dealing with different server environments I also got hands on experiences with the New Zealand medical industry, working on projects for Ministry of health.
Cons
Was not able to move up pay grades, an the expected hours to work to benefits wasn't really there.
