ALL of senior leadership. It is the same original bunch for over 20 years, no new faces or new ideas are even accepted or listened to. They will work you to death then toss you to the side and only save their friends. You will be expected to work on maternity leave, honeymoons, sick days and on vacation. If you do not, then you are not considered a "team player" and it will be discussed in meetings and your review. You will be guilted into choosing work or not being employed. They never praise you but will be the first to put you down for even the slightest mistake. When they themselves cannot be bothered to be held accountable for anything. During COVID all the execs kept their full salaries when the actual people doing the work were still working 40+ hours a week on barely 40% of their already small salary. The owner is delusional and only thinks how everything is going to affect HER. Not her employees, or anything else. Just how she is going to pay for her lifestyle. They lowball new graduates because they know they are desperate. They are the inventors of gaslighting. All of the bright stars in the company have been snuffed out.
