Pros

Just the weekly pay - nothing else

Cons

Everything else Fake leadership/mgmt. who promise you mountains, but deliver nothing. Hoping you kick butt despite non-unappreciation and broken or malfunctioned equipment. 'Rewarded' with pizza parties and food trucks instead of decent pay and promotions, while they enjoy generous time off and ample vacations at 75K pay ... I could go on. But you get the idea. Company basically nose-dived after the owner Fred's demise and the Covid, never recovering with downed sales creating 'cutbacks' that prevent part timers from going full-time. Though honestly medicare and individual plans are much cheaper. But down line... the place went to wreck. The fake 'great place to work' signs that plaster the back area, and the "now hiring" that grace the front entrances since 2023. Plain laughing stock as they don't keep folks past the orientation. Not at all what it used to be. Incl. Corporate, who USED to be touchable and helpful. NOW unreachable even via email. Working remotely whatnot, hiding out instead of assisting. The whole climate, just a joke to avoid. Note: only the seniority/lifers mainstay as they're at the high capped pay.

Pros

The fashions manager was nice and she was understanding about circumstances and things that just come up in life. The points system was also cool because you could cash out points for restaurant or Mastercard gift cards on top of regular pay.

Cons

After the remodel, they started cutting everyone's hours because they couldn't afford the workers they already had. This was irritating because they would cut part timers down to 12 hours a week but give you four hour shifts, so you didn't qualify for breaks you were already used to and also because four hours is not a lot of time to get down and dirty in a task and actually do it well.
