Pros
Colleagues are great. Staff age is relatively young, most in their 30s or younger, except for some senior roles. There is a culture of proactively fixing stuff and finding solutions to problems instead of looking for someone else to do it. The vibe is great. Technology is still current and exciting, with many opportunities to learn and support to actually save some time to do it.
Cons
The period of hypergrowth is over and we are now slowly turning into a more mature and stable company, which means that our parent company Siemens and their corporate culture is slowly creeping in. This seems to be taming some of the spontaneous creativity we enjoyed, and some of the savings and cuts they introduced are biting into the start-up enthusiasm we enjoyed in the past.
