      UK is overstaffed

      Pros

      Product is great, technical teams are great, office location and free food.

      Cons

      inexperienced middle management, significant underperformance in the UK, long sales process leading to very very small deals, forced to put business through Partner - constant conflict and Partner team sharing data with Partners impacting the direct deals, loads of customer churn, revolving door of sales people, talent acquisition was not honest in the hiring process.

      Has an overall fun element.

      Cons

      A revolving door with people hired and laid off constantly. The UK business has been going through a tough time with constant leadership change coupled with focus and strategy change. Big logo customers often churn due to improper handholding making selling, expansion more and more difficult with reduced noteworthy references. Incapable middle management will make your life even more harder.
